The SECRET’s out!

3rd August 2024 Yes, I can finally reveal that a new “book” is due for release next month – Secret Snogging: an introduction. Having previously published two thrillers and a memoir, it seems the right time to use my experience writing comedy material for JAPE Productions. Secret Snogging is a novella. That is to say it is considerably shorter than a novel, being around 18,000 words in content. In practical terms, that means fifteen short chapters that follow one man’s adventures in pursuit of an eccentric relative, hidden away in the lost Lancashire village of Little Snogging by The Bus Stop.
*** 19th September 2024 *** I’m delighted to confirm this as the release date for BOTH ebook and audiobook versions of Secret Snogging : an introduction.
After producing short audio dramas with JAPE, I felt Secret Snogging should be written with a listening audience in mind. Hence it is being released in two formats: audiobook and eBook. Narrated by myself, the audio version also features my JAPE colleagues, Peter Franksson and Jacqui Padden.

Little Snogging by the Bus Stop is not part of the United Kingdom, having been granted independence by King George the Third in 1792. They have a robust economy (no-one pays income tax), no television reception, and no internet. Population 192, and they’re not accepting immigrants.
